Cancellation Policy
Please read the cancellation policy before confirming a booking. Also, please carefully consider arranging for a travel insurance policy.
Full payment is due at the time of confirming a booking (and thereby reserving a space) for any guides, seminars, workshops, photo cruises, photo sessions, etc.
Client cancellation for any reason will incur refunds according to the time of cancellation
(based on Japan Standard Time: UTC +9)
Cancellation prior to 4 months before the date of an event will result in a 50% refund.
Cancellation prior to 2 months before the date of an event will result in a 25% refund.
Cancellation 2 months or less before the date of an event will result in no refund.
No refund will be available for delays or cancellations due to weather or natural disasters before arrival or during a scheduled event. In addition, Only One Production is not responsible for any additional costs that may be incurred due to delays or cancellations due to weather, flight delays or other related reasons. No refund will be provided in the event of exclusion from an event due to egregious and inexcusable behavior (theft, assault, etc.).
Should the guide be unable to attend an event (due to illness, etc.), an alternate professional will substitute, a full refund will be provided, or credit toward another schedule will be issued, at the discretion of Only One Production.
